She has gone down from a size 16 to a size 6 (I read earlier today) in 5 months and lost 3 stones through rigorous diet and exercise .That is far too much. She will come back to earth with a bump. Didn't we see amazing pictures a couple of years ago when Natalie Cassidy did exactly the same? Now she has put most of it back on!
