Waterman or Cross?

Which pen (of these two) do you feel is better? I'd also be interested to know how you formed this opinion.|||Cross. very practical. value for $$ spent. easily refilled. for Glam, I get Mont Blanc for graduation presents, though|||Thank you for the points, and for coming back to the question, and for the comment.
