As for JOHN WAYNE being a best actor. OMG whoever said that you have to be kidding.. He was terrible. To me the best British actor was Richard Burton and the best American was John Wayne. Of course these two gentleman are dead now and Dennis Waterman is still around and still acting. Just been watching the repeat of New Tricks, loved that series!
